The Process
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming — we get it. Our team walks you through every step so you always know what to expect.
The starting point for services is a referral from the patient's primary care provider. Whether you found us yourself or through one of our partners, we will work with you to request the proper documents. This will tell us what services your medical team believes would be beneficial for the patient.
Next, we will work with you to understand what services will be covered by your insurance or partner organization. In some cases, all services rendered by us are covered, but in others, there may be applicable deductibles, copayments, or coinsurance. We understand medical billing is sometimes complex, so we will discuss all options with you so that you can decide which best fits your family.
Finally, our talented scheduling team will find times that work best for you so that we can service the patient. This will include things like discussing whether services will be at home, daycare, or another location, if services must be rendered in another language, if we need to coordinate care, and other such matters.
Once we have begun treatment, our admin team will remain in contact with you to ensure your family is receiving the best possible care. For example, we can add other specialties if needed or find times that better work for your family. We will also continuously monitor your benefits and plan of care to make sure the patient receives optimal care with minimal disruptions.
